Bounce Commerce case wins Awin Award 2022

As part of the Awin Think Tank, the Awin Agency Awards were presented last week in Berlin in front of more than 300 participants.

In the "Agency Innovation Award" category, the affiliate network recognized agencies that stand out through special methods in affiliate marketing and thereby advance the development of the industry. Criteria such as creativity, commercial results, user engagement and technological innovation were evaluated.

The international performance marketing agency xpose360 submitted a case involving a cooperation with advertiser mediashop.tv in collaboration with Bounce Commerce, and received the Awin Award 2022 for it.

In this case, users of Mediashop.tv were recommended products by Bounce Commerce's AI-based recommendation technology according to their search behavior and product preferences. Bounce Commerce's artificial intelligence operates based on CF-based recommendations, matrix factorization, nearest neighbor methods and association rules. Through machine learning, the AI continuously learns to understand users better and recommends suitable products based on user behavior and neural networks. This made it possible to massively reduce the bounce rate at mediashop.tv and draw 35% of users' attention to new products.
